Life Is Like A Box Of Chocolates...

Several admissions on the blogspot of Birmingham Brandwood Councillor MARK HILL that there is ALREADY a Tory Local Government Candidate, named as Derek Johnson, in place for 2010 (14 months in advance). This admission makes one wonder exactly how the Tory's will be able to justify any allowed expenditure in May next year. We could rightly infer that Mr Johnson's campaign expense budget for the 2010 elections has already started to be spent (by Mr Hill's very declaration as early as March 13th 2009) AND therefore by April 2010 one could also rightly assume that the meagre allowed amount had been surpassed long before this date leaving any further canvassing expenses such as leafleting in the run up to the election illegally purchased, and therefore any declarations of keeping within the budget a fraudulent act!

Mark is a nice bloke but this admission by him ranks his naivety along the same levels as those of Forest Gump and Simple Simon
