Court threat for pupils' parents

Bought to my attention whilst reading ceefax whilst listening to BBC1. I am pasting an article on BBC news. (Yes ladies, we men CAN multitask)

Parents of unruly pupils could be taken to court by teachers under plans to be announced by ministers.

The initiative will be used to support existing home-school agreements which set out what is expected of parents and their children in the education system.Schools Secretary Ed Balls says the move is aimed at a small number of parents who disregard the agreements. The proposal will be included in the wide-ranging schools white paper to be unveiled on Tuesday.

Jail sentence

Schools will have more power to get parenting orders which can include making parents go to classes on how to control their children.Further sanctions include a £1,000 fine and prison if they fail to pay.BBC education correspondent Kim Catcheside says head teachers complain that some families are able to break the rules with impunity. Mr Balls told the Sunday Mirror: "Every parent has a responsibility to back our teachers and make sure the rules are enforced. Schools already have home-school agreements which set out the school's rules and should make clear to parents what is expected of them and their children. But heads tell me that not all parents are willing to co-operate. And when pupils and parents break the agreement, it's hard to enforce it. That has to change. There must be real consequences for those parents who don't take their responsibilities seriously. The home-school agreements cover issues like homework, uniform and getting children to school on time."

Also expected in the white paper are plans for one-to-one lessons for children lagging behind in English and maths, and less centralised control over targets for numeracy and literacy. Ed Balls told the BBC's Andrew Marr Show that teaching literacy and numeracy for an hour a day had "worked brilliantly" and that 100,000 more young people were now getting to the required standard."We have won the argument - everybody knows that literacy and numeracy hours work. Parents want it. Head teachers think it is hugely important," he said. But he said it was "important to evolve" and schools should have more freedom to decide how to spend the ring-fenced money.

Parenting lessons

He also said "entitlement" proposals would match a set of pupil guarantees - such as providing one-to-one tuition when a pupil falls behind - with guarantees to parents about information and reporting. A report card system would provide "more accountability," he added. I

n April, the Conservatives outlined plans to ban classroom troublemakers and give powers to protect teachers. Party leader David Cameron said schools would not be "penalised" financially for removing persistently badly behaved children. Meanwhile, there could be compulsory parenting lessons for parents of children being considered for Asbos. Home Secretary Alan Johnson told the News of the World: "I want to make sure that more consideration is given to the parents' role when a teenager gets into problems and is being considered for an Asbo. Parenting Orders are not punishments - they are a way of giving adults the skills they need to help them fulfil their responsibilities. If a teenager is in danger of going to go off the rails, then one of the best ways to deal with it is to give parents more support at an early stage."

The move is expected to be announced later this year.

BBC website article screenshot

Firstly, in the mid 1980s, the education system transferred power and authority from the teachers to the pupils.
Then during the 1990s, the teacher's responsibilities of care were given to the parents. (so even though teachers were in loco parentis, they still didn't need to bother)

If pupils fail to behave... Blame the parents!
If pupils fail to learn... Blame the parents!
If pupils then end up on the scrap heap as young adults... Blame the parents!

Now in the 2010s, Teachers can now just turn up for work, sit and read "The Guardian", or whichever left wing rag they do read such as The Daily Socialist Toerag Arsehole Rant (acronym). Then they can go home and we can re-write that further:

If pupils fail to behave... Jail the parents!
If pupils fail to learn... Jail the parents!
If pupils then end up on the scrap heap as young adults... Jail the parents!

And those fine examples of manhood and womanhood, whom will be fully protected by The NASUWT union from any blame or rebuke, will carry on the widescale dumbing down of the indigenous population, reading their Guardians with their padded elbows firmly on their desks.

I recently learnt about POETS rules for local government employees. Blissfully unaware of it being in operation since the early sixties POETS is an acronym for PISS OFF EARLY TOMORROW'S SATURDAY. Something you may have been aware of but just assumed that on a Friday afternoon their phones weren't being answered because the were too busy. There must be another one that applies to teachers. How about SOYA BEANS Rules (Stay On Your Arse Because Everyone Accepts No Success) ? Not quite the same eloquence as POETS Rules eh?

More follow on from The BNP Website over EHRC 's letter to The BNP

nick-griffin-blackpool-rally1

BNP Membership: Nick Griffin Rejects Equalities Commission ‘PR Stunt’

The Equalities Commission hysteria over British National Party membership is nothing but a PR stunt which has no legal grounding whatsoever, said BNP leader Nick Griffin MEP.

Reacting to the news that the Equality and Human Rights Commission, headed up by black arch-racist Trevor Phillips, had written to the BNP demanding that it change its membership and employment criteria, Mr Griffin said it was obvious that the whole thing was just a publicity stunt engineered by the far left and Labour Party front organisations.

“It is all a bit of liberal hysteria couched in legal terms,” Mr Griffin told BNP News. “The fact that the letter was served on us through the mass media shows that it is actually not legal in intent at all.”

Mr Griffin said the BNP was an exempted organisation under Section 25 and Section 26 of the Race Relations Act which allow for exclusive ethnic organisations with a membership of 50 or more. “The BNP has never been in breach of any of the provisions of the law in terms of its membership and Mr Phillips knows this to be the case,” he said.

“It is a ridiculous PR stunt by Mr Phillips, who is yet another unelected member of the Labour Party who has been promoted beyond his capacity, just like his good friend Mr Peter Mandelson.

“Furthermore, Mr Phillips and the EHRC are on record as being utterly biased in favour of non-indigenous British groups and against the BNP,” Mr Griffin continued.

“Last year in May, for example, Mr Phillips told the Scottish Trade Union Congress that the ‘BNP should be treated as less than human.’ Anyone who suggests that the EHRC has an objective view on the BNP should have their head examined,” he said.

“In contrast, the BNP has a mandate from nearly a million British people who voted for us on June 4th. That is a real mandate, and we reject the EHRC’s grandstanding. We note that Mr Phillips refused to even comment on a ‘black children only’ school programme which specifically discriminated against white kids despite receiving direct funding from the government.

“Furthermore, it has not missed anyone’s attention that the EHRC’s staff is overwhelmingly of non-British origin. When it is considered that this organisation receives £70 million in public funds - more than the foreign aid budget to Zimbabwe - then it can be seen that the EHRC itself is open to question in terms of its objectivity and legality,” Mr Griffin continued.

“The EHRC has never objected to the thousands of organisations in receipt of public funding which exist solely for the interests of non-indigenous groups, such as Bangladeshis, Afghans or Somalis. Somehow the EHRC and Mr Phillips only spring into action when someone dares to speak up for the English, the Scots, the Irish and the Welsh people of Britain.

“Mr Phillips is on record has having had a bust of Lenin on his desk and that should tell us all that we need to know about this vile anti-British organisation which he heads up at a huge salary,” Mr Griffin said.

“Nonetheless, we are taking this neo-Marxist assault seriously, and have already obtained the best possible legal advice. We will be responding to the EHRC’s impertinent and bullying letter in due course.

“We will also be asking them to explain their grotesque failure to address extremely serious problems such as the black rape gangs scandal which was highlighted with unusual courage and lack of self-censorship by Channel 4 last night.”

* Some facts about the EHRC:

- Despite rising unemployment and a 22 percent poverty level, the government has seen fit to spend a further £70 million on its ‘Race Gestapo’ police, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC).

- The cost of the Government’s anti-discrimination watchdog has grown from £22.5 million in 2008 to £70 million in 2009, with salaries for its staff soaring by an inflation-defying 25 percent.

- Staff received an average increase of around £9,000, taking their average salary to £45,920. In 2008/09 - its first full year of operation - it was given a £70 million budget.

- The EHRC was created when the Equal Opportunities Commission, the Commission for Racial Equality and the Disability Rights Commission were merged in October 2007. Even though the Tories are now bleating about the cost of the EHRC, the reality is that they fully supported the creation of the CRE, and its first director was a Conservative MP, David Lane.

- The budget for those three groups in the last year of their existence was £47.5 million. The commission has 514 workers, with projected staff costs for 2008/9 of £23 million.

- The EHRC has become little more than an anti-white lobbying body, with its head, Trevor Philips, continuously refusing to comment on a ‘black children only’ school programme which specifically discriminated against white kids despite receiving direct funding from the government.

- The EHRC has also been criticised for having a disproportionate number of non-indigenous personnel on its staff, again raising the question of whether or not the organisation is really promoting genuine equality, or simply lobbying for ‘minority’ groups.

- In 2008 it was revealed that a private company co-founded by Phillips and in which he owns 70 percent of the shares, the Equate Organisation, had been employed by Channel 4 following the race row involving Shilpa Shetty and Jade Goody during the May 2007 series of Celebrity Big Brother. The undisclosed sum paid by C4 to Phillips and the Commission’s assertion that “Trevor has gone through all the correct processes of declaring his interests, so there is no conflict” provoked widespread criticism.

- According to The Times, 29th May 2003, p. 8… “Trevor Phillips, the head of the Campaign for Racial Equality, has revealed in the Irish Post why a bust of Lenin sits on his desk. ‘It’s there as a reminder. . . Just because the Soviet experiment failed, we should not throw everything Lenin did out the window’.”

One rule for us... by TITVS ADVXAS

BNP website screenshot is an article in The Daily Express in 2007

Another blatant cut n paste by me from The BNP main website

Trevor Phillips Called for Anti-White Hiring Policies in 2007

Trevor Phillips, head of the Equalities and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) which yesterday tried to launch a media smear against the British National Party, called in 2007 for private companies to have anti-white hiring policies.

On 24 April 2007, Mr Phillips told MPs that firms should be allowed to openly advertise for staff from specific ethnic minorities.

Yesterday, Mr Phillip’s EHRC tried to attack the BNP over its employment policies, which, it said, discriminated on the basis of ethnicity.

Mr Phillips told MPs that supermarkets should be able to say: “We would like to attract Asian staff.”

This would help employers to “reflect the balance” of the ethnic mix within rapidly-changing communities, Mr Phillips said.

“You cannot, for example, now in an area where the population profile has changed very rapidly over three years, say: ‘We would like to attract Asian staff’.

“I think that Tesco or Sainsbury’s or anybody else in the business of serving a local community would like to have the opportunity to do that.

“To some extent, the framework we have at the present time prevents you from doing that quickly - to respond to commercial needs.”

He said such a policy would “offer employers a flexibility that would let them carry out their basic functions more effectively.”

He also hoped the idea would be taken up by public-sector organisations like the police.

Yesterday, the EHRC claimed that the BNP should not be allowed to employ who it chooses and quite falsely claimed that the party has a clause in its constitution which makes such a provision.

It seems that Mr Phillips and his taxpayer funded anti-white agitator organisation have no problem with employers discriminating against whites and are clearly on a hypocritical politically motivated smear against the BNP.

Fortunately for indigenous British people, the time of these invaders being able to push the natives around has now gone. The BNP has a mandate from the electorate at the highest level to speak out on behalf of the indigenous British majority, and against the anti-white, anti-British bigotry of Leninist far leftists like Mr Phillips.

So that's it then. Do as I Say. Don't Do as I do. (Or as my grand daughter would say about Trevor Phillips 'DO-DO-DO -DOOS').

IF YOU COME INTO CONTACT WITH THE LAW ...

There was a police officer in the news on Wednesday, and in trouble over having done some blogging (and first class it was too). He blogged under the name of Nightjack. Here is one of the things he got into trouble over – advice for those who come into contact with the law. Read it, copy it, file it, learn it and remember it.

From Nightjack’s blog:

In these days of us increasingly having to deal with law abiding folk who have fallen foul of the “entitled poor” and those who have learned how to use us to score points and exact revenge, I thought it would be a good idea to give out a bit of general guidance for those law abiding types who find themselves under suspicion or under arrest. It works for the bad guys so make it work for you.

Complain First

Always get your complaint in first, even if it is you who started it and you who were in the wrong. If things have gone awry and you suspect the cops are going to be called, get your retaliation in first. Ring the cops right away and allege for all you are worth. If you can work a racist or homophobic slant into it so much the better.

Make a counter allegation

Regardless of the facts, never let the other side be blameless. If they beat you to the phone, ring anyway and make a counter allegation against them. Again racism or homophobia are your friends. If you are not from a visible minority ethnic culture, may I suggest that that the phrase “You gay bastard” or similar is always useful. In extremis allege sexual assault. It gives us something to bargain with when getting the other person to drop their complaint on a quid-pro-quo basis. This is particularly good where there are no independent witnesses. When it boils down to one word against another and nobody is ‘fessing up, CPS run a mile and you, my friend, are definitely on a walk out

Never explain to the Police

If the Police arrive to lock you up, say nothing. You are a decent person and you may think that reasoning with the Police will help. “If I can only explain, they will realise it is all a horrible mistake and go away”. Wrong. We do want to talk to you on tape in an interview room but that comes later. All you are doing by trying to explain is digging yourself further in. We call that stuff a significant statement and we love it. Decent folk can’t help themselves, they think that they can talk their way out. Wrong.

Admit Nothing

To do anything more than lock you up for a few hours we need to prove a case. The easiest route to that is your admission. Without it, our case may be a lot weaker, maybe not enough to charge you with. In any case, it is always worth finding out exactly how damning the evidence is before you fall on your sword. So don’t do the decent and honourable thing and admit what you have done. Don’t even deny it or try to give your side of the story. Just say nothing. No confession and CPS are on the back foot already. They foresee a trial. They fear a trial. They are looking for any excuse to send you home free.

Keep your mouth shut

Say as little as possible to us. At the custody office desk a Sergeant will ask you some questions. It is safe to answer these. For the rest of the time, say nothing.

Claim Suicidal Thoughts

A debatable one this. Claiming to be thinking about topping yourself has several benefits. If you can keep it up, it might just bump up any compensation payable later. On the other hand you may find yourself in a paper suit with someone watching your every move.

Always always always have a solicitor

Duh. No brainer this one. Unless you know 100% for sure that your mate the solicitor does criminal law and is good at it, ask for the Duty Solicitor. They certainly do criminal law and they are good at it. Then listen to what the solicitor says and do it. Their job is to get you off without the Cops or CPS laying a glove on you if at all possible. It is what they get paid for. They are free to you. There is no down side. Now decent folks think it makes them look like they have something to hide if they ask for a solicitor. Irrelevant. Going into an interview without a solicitor is like taking a walk in Tottenham with a big gold Rolex. Bad things are very likely to happen to you. I wouldn’t do it and I interview people for a living.

Actively complain about every officer and everything they do

Did they cuff you when they brought you in? Were they rude to you? Did they racially or homophobically abuse you? Didn’t get fed? Cell too cold? You are decent folk who don’t want to make a fuss but trust me, it pays to whinge and no matter how trivial and / or poorly founded your complaint there are people who will uncritically listen to you and try and prove the complaint on your behalf. Some of them are even police officers. Nothing like a complaint to muddy the waters and suggest that you are only in court because the vindictive Cops have a grudge against you. Far fetched? Wait until your solicitor spins it in court and you come over as Ghandi.

Show no respect to the legal system or anybody working in it

You think that if you are a difficult, unpleasant, sneering, un-cooperative and rude things will go badly for you and you will be in more trouble. No sirree Bob. It seems that in fact the worse you are, the easier things will go for you if, horror of horrors, you do end up convicted. Remember to fake a drink problem if you haven’t developed one as a result of dealing with us already. Magistrates and Judges do seem to like the idea that you are basically good but the naughty alcohol made you do it. They treat you better. Crazy I know but true.

So there you go, basically anything you try and do because you are decent and straightforward hurts you badly. Act like an habitual, professional, lifestyle criminal and chances are you will walk away relatively unscathed. Copy the bad guys, its what they do for a living.

TITVS is TWEETING Mad By TITVS-ADVXAS

In the guise of TITVS ADVXAS, I joined those two fastest growing websites Twitter AND Facebook last week.

Click here for Twitter and Facebook

I added a Twitter URL feed to the top of both Unite Against Farce AND Titvs Advxas blogs, and there's a Facebook button somewhere in the sidebar of TITVS. It means that if I get really pissed off about a situation whilst I am out, I can twitter the details to my blog via SMS text as an aide-memoir.

Earlier I twittered about going to Hatton Country Park with the family. After about 3 1/2 hours in the sweltering heat, I was knackered and volunteered to take the picnic stuff back to the car. On the way back, I noticed that the Coach park had 6 coaches. Judging from the children there 4 of the 6 coaches must've been from 'The Occupied Territories' I took a picture of the fun fare ride where this high occupancy was obvious. After I got to my car, I actually nodded off in my driving seat. My mobile rang at about 3.30PM. Tanya Lumby phoned to thank us for the birthday card we'd sent her last Saturday. As I was half asleep, she must've thought I was drunk (I actually never drink since I made a pass at my friends Mom when I was17, and I still have those scars 32 years later)

The Big Question by TITVS ADUXAS

The Big Questions, Clockwise: The Studio; Benjamin Zephaniah; Louise Bagshawe; Jonathan Bartley; 8 studio guests given chance to speak including Tahir Alam; Robert West; Andrew Brons.

Once again, the BBC showed its own unique brand of totalitarian fascism on Sundays on BBC1's The Big Questions. With a carefully selected audience full of supposedly ‘normal people’. Mass debater Nicky Campbell was joined by Benjamin Zephaniah, who was billed as a poet but is a well known labour sympathiser, Jonathan Bartley, billed as a director of Christian ‘Think-Tank’ Ekklesia, but again is a former Tory party employee and activist, and Louise Bagshawe, billed as an author, but is again a Tory politician and will stand for Corby, Northants at the next election. Members of the audience included Tahir Alam (Assistant secretary-general of the Muslim Council of Britain and chair of its education committee. He is also vice-chair of the Association of Muslim Schools and director of training at Al-Hijrah Training Academy in Birmingham). Conspicuous by their absence was The UAF, who again refused to share a platform with The BNP.

The first topic was “Does The BNP have the right to be heard?” We heard from the three panellists and audience members. The Rev Robert West and Andrew Brons MEP represented the BNP with due diligence.

MASSIVE IRONY ALERT.
The BNP are continually being vilified over their membership policies and despite the debate being entitled “Does The BNP have the right to be heard?” however membership policies was the main and only topic of discussion from:

A spokesperson of The Muslim Council of Great Britain, who actually referred to himself as ‘being invaded by the Pakkis”
A so-called British Rastafarian,
A Conservative Christian (say no more)
A Tory politician who coincidentally is a writer of Teenage soft porn (Chick Lit)

A Warning to residents of Corby, Northants. If you want to be represented by a condescending, fascist Tory b***h in the Houses of Parliament, you should vote for Bagshawe.

Quotes from the show:

NC (to AB) “he (RW) calls himself a vicar, you might as well call yourself a professor”

LB “the BNP, absolutely have a right to be heard, what they don’t have is a right to be heard with respect”

LB “and I think it’s really interesting that today, the two representatives of the BNP would rather do anything, absolutely anything, than discuss BNP policy”
RW “We’re not here to discuss policy”
LB “Why don’t you talk about your policies and lets expose them, the more people know about that, they won’t vote for you”
AB “I’m more than willing to come back on another occasion and discuss policy, but that’s not the question today”
LB “You’re running scared mate”

LB “... voluntary repatriation for Jesus...”

LB “There’s a legitimate debate about immigration that doesn’t include policies from the BNP... “

NC (to RW, who is explaining his theologically sound viewpoint) “This sounds like Jesus with Jackboots”

NC (to AB) “white supremacists”

Post Scripts/Afterthoughts

Out of the 8 members of the audience to give a view, only one was white, and she didn’t get a say until the 16th minute of the show.
Traditionally in democracy, a debate consists of two sides each with two speakers, talking to the open minded audience, Not two people against the rest of the world...

Pondlife by UniteAgainstFarce

This is Great White Records artist Joey Smith's debut video for his track "Pondlife". Written in response to Lily Allen's song about The BNP called "Guess Who Batman" (In a democracy we see no reason why you shouldn't see the YouTube presentation of it, and if you watch it all the way through without snoring, I'll buy you a pint) For the eloquent lyrics for Ms Allens song, click here.

They who try to suppress freedom by Unite Against Farce

UAF activist Weyman Bennett

Trying to catch up with all the stuff I missed before I joined the BNP, I was recently listening to Global News Talk with Tommy Boyd from 16th February where Tommy tries to persuade the bigoted Weyman Bennett from the campaign organisation Unite Against Fascism to share a microphone with Simon Darby.
The incident reminds me of Churchill's alleged quote from just after WW2, where he is purported to have declared (about NAZI fascism) “When fascism returns it will be in the guise of opposition to fascism”. Well having witnessed the grossly perverse UAF in action this week, I can say "WINNIE, ALMOST TO THE VERY WORD, YOU WERE DEAD RIGHT".
Free speech is Free speech.
Evelyn Beatrice Hall (who wrote under the pseudonym S.G. Tallentyre) was a writer best known for her biography of François-Marie Arouet better known by the pen name Voltaire. She completed her biography of Voltaire "The Friends of Voltaire" in 1906. She wrote the phrase, which is often misattributed to Voltaire, "Je ne partage pas vos idées mais je me battrai jusqu'à la mort pour que vous puissiez les exprimer" ["I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it,"] as an illustration of Voltaire's beliefs.
People like The UAF have absolutely no right use violence to stop another person from speaking. They only have their own right to free speech to counter argue. If they resort to childish actions as Mr Bennett did, or violence as The UAF did on Monday at the BNP news conference in London, then their own role in democracy should be questioned too.
As Tommy Boyd said "HOW VERY DARE THEY"

"A Star is Born" by TITVS-ADVXAS

Keep your eyes on Mike, not the Blonde cleavage on the left!

Eyes centre please!

Is that disgraced Perry Barr MP Khalid Mahmood giving Mike The evil eye?

OK then, One last look at the cleavage (I reckon 38C or D from my own limited ogling)
BTW. I took the screenshots using BBC iPlayer in full screen mode.

Question Time on BBC 1 on Thursday 12 June 2009 at 10:35PM.
Mike Bell is seen holding his hand up several times, and being ignored, but at time index 15:03 David Dumbledorn asks if anyone actually did vote BNP. Mike, alone, raised his hand and was given his Andy Warhol moment (Five minutes of fame), after the catcalls and jeers had died down, that is. Mike managed to get several key points about The evil Hain and his outright involvement with the Ultra Fascist UAF , about the UK involvement in the USA led invasion of Iraq, about ID cards, ultra government surveillance, and immigration.

The script as noted by TITVS is as follows:

David Dumbledorn "Did anyone here actually vote BNP who wants to talk about voting BNP"

Mike Bell (off camera) "I voted BNP"

Mr Dumbledorn "The gentleman there in the glasses"

Mr Bell "You bandy the word around..."

Mr Dumbledorn "You voted BNP?"

[Boos, Hisses, Catcalls}

Mr Dumbledorn "Let him speak about it please"

Mr Bell "Yes I did, for the European Elections. You can boo, but we do live in a democracy. You bandy the word fascist around, but I think its quite fascist to invade other countries, force our democracy on them costing thousands of lives, We're surrounded by CCTVs everywhere we go, You want us to carry ID cards, you want all our DNA taken and recorded, you want to monitor our phone calls and emails. And you're associated, Peter Hain, to an association that attacks your political opponents, I think that's all fascist, really fascist"

Mr Dumbledorn "Just explain why you voted BNP, would you, and had you voted BNP before?"

Mr Bell "I'm totally and utterly disgruntled with mainstream politics in general"

[Amid snotty interjections from the panel Dumbledorn allows Mr Bell to continue]

Mr Dumbledorn "Sorry, go on"

Mr Bell "I started off voting Labour when I was younger, I voted Tory at the last election, this time around, none of them suit me, and I voted, you may boo me, I voted BNP to stick two fingers up at the mainstream parties"

Mr Dumbledorn "And is it to do with immigration, as Ruth Lee was saying?"

Mr Bell "I think immigration is an issue. My opinion on immigration is as simple as this, its good for big business, and they want obviously big business to get the economy going so they re not gonna try and kerb immigration as it suits big business

Mr Dumbledorn [quite dismissively] "And the woman here in the third row"

Straight after this woman was on with her belittling comment about BNP vote. Then we had a token Asian guy in his 20s actually commenting about the d-day landings. Scripted plants or what?

And with true BBC democracy, we never saw Mike's ugly-mug again.

Muslim demographics

I was horrified when I saw this on Russ's facebook page

Watch it,

Then Pray,

Then Pray that The BNP sweeps into power in the next 5 years...

Is this what The UKIP-LIB-LAB-CON-UAF-SWP-UNIONS want? I suppose they wont care as they will be long gone or too frail to realise.

Nick Griffin MEP Will Represent All Constituents and Walk Where Others Fear to Tread

The newly elected Member of the European Parliament for the North West region, Nick Griffin MEP, will represent all constituents in his region without fear nor favour, and will boldly address all issues, even those which other politicians shy away from, such as Muslim paedophile grooming.

This was how Mr Griffin answered a pointed question directed at him during today’s hugely successful hour-long press conference held in Manchester. The press conference, one of two planned for this week, went ahead without disruption, unlike the first one in London which was attacked by Labour, Tory and Lib-Dem supported UAF thugs.

Answering a question about whether he was prepared to deal with queries from ethnic constituents in his region, Mr Griffin confirmed that he would. “I will also deal with the issues from which other politicians run away, no matter what they are. People will be able to bring any topic they want to my door.”

The press conference was held in the Ace of Diamonds public house in Manchester against a Victory in Europe backdrop which the party had already prepared in anticipation of winning seats in the European Parliament.

Outside the pub, a small group of ragged UAF protestors were kept at bay by the Manchester police. They were joined by journalists from The Mirror, The Sun and The Manchester Evening News, all of whom were barred entry to the press conference after their disgraceful reporting on the BNP in the run-up to the election.

Mr Griffin kept answering questions from the media throng who attended until they had literally run out of things to ask. Topics dealt with included the usual nonsense about race but included many which were much more sensible such as the privatisation of utility companies and climate change.

In answer to a question if UAF protests would hinder future public BNP activities, Mr Griffin said that while he was “grateful for the publicity, nothing that the far left could do would stop the BNP. The demonstration in London was organised by political opponents and had to be viewed in that light.”

More than 30 journalist teams attended the conference, accompanied by at least half a dozen TV crews from the BBC, Channel 4, ITN and others. Mr Griffin also pointed out that the BNP website had more than 160,000 unique visitors the day before, and that it was now by itself a media channel. This would negate the distortions about the BNP policy by the mass media, he added.

Violent Thugs Disrupt BNP Press Conference

Nick Griffin speaking earlier in the year

Violent thugs from the Tory and Labour backed UAF organisation have shown their hatred of free speech and democracy by physically attacking a British National Party press conference outside the Houses of Parliament this afternoon, leading Nick Griffin to re-issue his challenge to the leader of the Tory Party to either endorse or withdraw his declared support for that group.

“Mr Cameron is a signatory to the founding charter of the UAF, which has extensive links to the Socialist Workers’ Party and the Communist Party of Great Britain,” Mr Griffin told BNP News immediately after the UAF attack.

“Mr Cameron must tell his supporters if he really aligns himself with these thugs who resort to violence in the face of the democratic process,” Mr Griffin said.

“The most disgusting thing is that this mob and its aims are backed by MPs from all the Westminster parties. Once you have accepted the use of violence to enforce political aims, you have slipped down the road to Zimbabwe style politics. The continued endorsement from Messrs Cameron, Peter Hain from Labour and many candidates from the Liberal Democrats must now be brought out into the open.

“The reality is that the BNP campaigned democratically, peacefully and was openly elected to office. It does not matter if they disagree with us - we disagree with the other parties fundamentally - but the use of violence draws the line. The Tories, Labour and Liberal Democrats must tell the world if they support political violence or not.”

Mr Griffin said the “childish activities of a few worthless silly students, organised by the far left, will never stop the BNP. We have a duty to our electors to put forward the case for the continued survival of Britain. These tactics merely serve as an own goal for the enemies of the BNP, as it reveals that they have lost the democratic argument. Their inability to win any argument forces them back onto naked fascism and violence. We dismiss them with contempt, and will carry on.”

* Ironically, it was the large throng of journalists who bore the brunt of the UAF fascist thugs’ violence, with several being hit by eggs, placards and poles.

* The BBC and other news outlets reported being flooded with calls, texts and emails from viewers expressing their disgust at the Tory, Labour and Lib-Dem-backed UAF. Most messages were along the lines of “I was not a BNP supporter but after today I can see who the real fascists and enemies of free speech are

I couldn't resist a screenshot of this banner from the main website.

I went to one of the many celebrations that surely were taking place nationwide last night. Thank you to Les and Lynn for their hospitality on the opening night of the aptly named "The Griff Inn". Les must have put more than a few hard earned shillings and quite a lot of blood sweat and tears into this magnificent and fully furbished log chalet at the bottom of his garden.

The grand opening of The Griff Inn

As you know, I am new to the party and felt quite honoured to be invited to and included in the proceedings. A handful of us were there to toast Nick and Andrew and start discussing the next big step. Getting BNP Councillors into Birmingham City Council (Without The Old "Bore" doing a recount behind closed door this time).

The Smears Continue!

Over the last 24 hours, Nick and Andrew must have received more TV airtime than the whole party had enjoyed in the whole of the previous 27 years since 1982 when The BNP were formed. Despite that, yesterday on Channel 4 News we saw an interview between new BNP-MEP Andrew Brons and The Studio where News (W)anchor, Liverpool born Krishnan Guru-Murthy showed off his NUJ ethos of continuing to paint the BNP in a bad light as he disgracefully aided and abetted Egyptian born New-Labour MP Margaret Hodge.

.

Let's hope that the already dis-illusioned public will start to demand parity as this continual vilification process will show the NUJ for the bigots that THEY clearly are.

THE BRITISH (NATIONALISTS) ARE COMING! By TITVS ADVXAS

Paul Revere is reported to have cried "The Red Coats are coming" after his famous night time ride in 1775 from Boston to Lexington. An heroic symbol of American patriotism. Now the Dam Busting Duo, Nick Griffin with his infamous double "V" salute and Andrew Brons have become new heroes of British Patriotism with the cries around Brussels. surely being "The BRITISH Nationalists are coming"
Can this be the beginning of the end of our £43million per day membership to the EU? The first two nails in a very expensive, economy destroying coffin? Again history will tell.

In a spot of BNP glorification, I have dug into my small collection of NG photographs and dug out these two which are by far my favourites ones...

The first one shows Nick firmly in the front of a Union Flag somewhere in North Birmingham earlier this year. The great thing about Nick is the Red Eye removal tool is not needed as often as usual (Sorry Nick)...

The second one is in West Bromwich taken following This years Stone Cross St Georges day march, Nick and Dave posed for this momentous photo. Surely the writing is on the wall erm I mean Shirt for the establishment Politicians!

The Dam is breached but The BBC carry on the slur... By TITVS ADVXAS

Afraid of The Truth?

The Dam Busting Duo!

Nick Griffin has said that "The Dam of Lies has been breached" but the slur continues as the big four have apparently condemned The BNP for taking two seats in Yorkshire and The North West. That despotic reporter Nick Robinson has turned around the fact that there was a smaller turnout to glorify the number of votes Nick Griffin received being 'less than in 2004'. Well as the turnout was way less, Nicks percentage increased. Simple maths, and as Simon stated in his blog, that a smaller number of votes would be needed due to the lower turnout.

From the BBC site:

The BNP gained a seat in Yorkshire and Humberside and in the north west of England, where party leader Nick Griffin was elected - the first time the anti-immigration party has won seats at national elections.

'Two-fingered salute'

Their result was condemned across the political spectrum, with both the Tories and Labour calling it a "sad day" for British politics.Health Secretary Andy Burnham said: "The BNP is like the ultimate protest vote. It is how to deliver the establishment a two-fingered salute. I think largely it is a comment on Westminster politics."

Lets now watch as Griffin and Brons lead the way and show UKIP up for the two-faced, trough guzzling hypocrites they are, by their true British gutsy swashbuckling approach. Their first job, it seems is "to send its researchers into the archives to dig out the facts about the conglomerates and corporations which have profited from the privatisation theft of Britain’s “common wealth. The dissolution of the institutions and property of the British nation into the hands of the internationalists is the single greatest piece of larceny in our history,” "

Lets name and shame the bastards!
